Rick Gipstein gave the club a review his proposal to the New London Rotary Foundation for the improvement to one of the entrances to the city. It will be dedicated to Phil Turner. This “Welcome to New London” sign is made up of individual nautical flags that represent the letters directly below them. Rick felt this would greatly improve the look of the O’Neill Drive. Rick continues to show innovative designs and projects to help New London.
