New London Rotary Gateway Project Under the guidence and leadership of Rick Gipstein  the New London Rotary Foundation funded the project. It will be dedicated to the memory of New London Rotarian Phil Turner.     This “Welcome to New London” sign is made up of individual nautical flags that represent the letters directly below them. It is a great addition to the city.
